No banks or ATMs on-island - make sure to bring cash with you
Bring reef-safe sunscreen, hats, walking shoes and sandals. Don’t forget a swimsuit!
Causal clothes everywhere, pack light

Local stores have all the basics but bring or order ahead for fresh fruits and veggies
All eateries request you order your dinner by 3 pm for your evening meal
Turks and Caicos observe Eastern Standard time, so adjust accordingly when you arrive to the islands.
Travel Information
Salt Cay is the southernmost inhabited island in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is located 90 miles north of the Dominican Republic and an hour and a half by air from Miami, Florida, USA.
Airlines
All major airlines fly into PLS Providenciales know as Provo. There are many direct flights out of Atlanta, Boston, JFK/New York, Newark NJ, Charlotte, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Toronto Canada
There are connecting flights to Salt Cay on Monday and Friday via Caicos Express
Chartered flights are available 7 days a week on Intercaribbean Airways or Caicos Express
Salt Cay is a short 28 min flight from Provo which may include a 5 min stopover in Grand Turk
Salt Cay Ferry
Departs Salt Cay on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30 am
Departs Grand Turk Monday 1:00 pm Wednesday and Friday at 2:00 pm
All departures leave from Deans dock in Salt Cay or South Dock in Grand Turk
Ferry cost is $15 per person round trip or $8/ one way
Ferry travel between the islands are dependent on weather conditions. Days and times may vary so be sure to call 649 231-6663 for information.
